Over five years experience learning about digital accessibility and doing document and website audits, with a background in multimedia production, web design and graphic design.
That combination is the point. Accessibility work usually arrives after the design is finished, when fixes are expensive and the result looks patched. I do both halves — so the contrast, the focus order, the caption timing and the document tags are decisions made while the thing is being made.

How I work
Test with the tools people actually use
Automated checkers catch about a third of what matters. The rest comes from keyboard-only passes, screen readers, and zooming to 400% to see what breaks.
Plain reports, ranked by severity
Every finding says what fails, which success criterion it maps to, who it blocks, and what the fix is. No 400-row spreadsheet you have to interpret.
Accessible doesn’t mean plain
The constraints — real contrast, real target sizes, a visible focus ring — tend to make design better, not blander. Nothing here asks you to give up the look you want.
You keep the knowledge
Handover includes a walkthrough and written guidance, so the next page your team adds doesn’t undo the work.
